      Learn the art of probiotic nutrition for better digestion, immunity & longevity. In this class, you will learn the basic techniques of fermentation that will create a successful, homemade batch of vegetables high in natural probiotics again and again. Sawako will guide you step by step in making Kimchi and Asian pickles with seasonal vegetables. Take home some of each to continue the fermentation process. Instructor: Sawako Ama This is a hands-on class and is vegan. A complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over. Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice. Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
